Cancellation Policy

At TintXpert Bolton, we value our time and the time of our customers. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair use of our services, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

Appointment Cancellations

Customers are required to provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made at short notice may prevent us from offering the slot to another customer and may result in a cancellation charge.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments cancelled on the same day or customers who fail to attend without notice may be charged a fee or may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future services.

Deposits

If a deposit is required at the time of booking, it is non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or failure to attend. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if sufficient notice is provided.

Rescheduling

We allow rescheduling where possible, subject to availability. Requests to reschedule should be made as early as possible to avoid charges.

Service Delays or Cancellations by Us

In rare cases where TintXpert Bolton must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a new appointment or a refund of any deposit paid.

By booking a service with TintXpert Bolton, you acknowledge and accept this Cancellation Policy.
